I am the broker of American Dream Realty and have been since 2002. I work with all the agents to help them increase their production plus the service they are giving our clients.
I live on the windward side of Oahu in a neighborhood called Lanikai which is located in the town of Kailua. I have 7 children and my lovely wife April is pregnant with twins.
I also run a couple other businesses that are internet related. I am also starting a real estate website company called Real Geeks with a friend Kevin. It will power real estate agents MLS searches and have a lead follow up system so they can provide great service to their clients.

Jeff – quick question:
I am researching the Hawaii real estate markets. Specifically, I am trying to determine what the current trends are and where they are headed. My firm is thinking about making an investment in Hawaiian Electric (which owns American Savings Bank) and Bank of Hawaii, and I need to better understand the make up of their residential and commercial portfolios. What is the best source of information i can get online that tracks real estate trends? Please feel free to email me with any suggestions.
